About: Raphael is the head surgeon of Heaven’s hospital on the 8th layer, despite being bound to his electric wheelchair. He was paralyzed during the Lucifian War, when a M*A*S*H unit was attacked. Because there is no cure for paralysis, not even from God, Raphael is confined to a wheelchair. He continues to work as the head of Heaven's hopsital system.

He is extremely dedicated to his work. Because of this, Raphael is prone to isolation when researching.
